These supplemental terms apply to the PayLayer ChatGPT plugin operated by PayLayer, LLC. They supplement the PayLayer Terms of Service and apply specifically to the integration. By connecting or using the integration, you agree to these supplemental terms and the applicable PayLayer Terms of Service. See the plugin Privacy Notice for its data practices.
Eligibility and individual access
The integration is intended for authorized PayLayer agents in the United States. You must sign in with ChatGPT and connect an active @paylayerpayments.com PayLayer agent account with a supported account role. Having an email address on that domain alone does not grant access. Your current PayLayer role, record assignments and backend permissions govern the records and operations you can access. Public availability of a plugin listing or connection page does not authorize access to PayLayer records.
Use your own authorized account. Protect your password and sessions, do not share credentials or attempt to impersonate another user, and do not bypass role or record restrictions. Your ChatGPT account may use a different email address from your PayLayer agent account.
Current functionality and limitations
PayLayer CRM provides connection status and permitted merchant, application, processor placement and agent information, plus permission-controlled routine CRM operations when enabled. Supported writes may create or update contacts, companies, deals, tasks and immutable activity notes, with audit records and duplicate protection. Self-assignment is limited by existing record permissions. Cross-agent transfers, residual changes, financial actions, destructive deletion, underwriting approval or submission, and outbound message sending are not exposed. Never represent unsupported or rejected operations as completed.
Connecting authorizes the integration to use your saved PayLayer session to perform supported operations you request through ChatGPT, subject to current permissions. Follow your organization's rules for handling business and personal information and for sharing tool results with ChatGPT. Do not request or disclose records beyond your authority.
Review of results
AI-generated explanations or summaries may contain errors, omit context or become outdated. Verify material facts against the current PayLayer portal and applicable processor or partner records before making decisions or communicating a status. An application, precheck, estimate or status summary does not by itself establish underwriting approval, processing readiness, settlement, or payment.
Sessions, availability and changes
Saved connections expire and may require reconnection. You can remove the stored connection using Disconnect my account. PayLayer may restrict or revoke access when an account is disabled, permissions change or use is unauthorized, subject to applicable PayLayer terms. The integration depends on PayLayer, ChatGPT and hosting services; availability and supported features may change. Do not rely on uninterrupted access or use the integration to bypass required human approvals.
Future capabilities require appropriate authorization and applicable terms and notices. Connection alone does not authorize unrequested actions. Each requested operation remains subject to your instructions, current account permissions and applicable platform confirmations. These terms do not authorize outbound communications or financial execution.
